Fully furnished rental options are all-inclusive, with all furnishings, all utilities, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances and housewares, towels and linens and cable/wifi. These options are rented on a month to month basis, with only a 30 day notice to vacate after the move in 60 day term requirement.
